Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 1 to 3 years, supporting their overall development through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Teach children through storytelling, rhymes, games, and creative activities.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and caring manner.
Observe and assess children's progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress.
Organize and participate in school events and celebrations.
Maintain classroom records and teaching materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (NTT / Montessori / ECCE trained preferred).
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage).
Passion for working with young children.
Creative, patient, and energetic personality.
Prior preschool experience preferred (Freshers with relevant training may apply).
