We are looking for a creative and passionate preschool educator to join our content and training team. This is a non-classroom role ideal for candidates with 6 months to 6+ years of preschool teaching experience who have strong communication and presentation skills. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualising and planning teacher training video shoots as per in-house curriculum [no faces are captured on camera]
Recording training videos and delivering professional voiceovers in fluent English
Basic video and audio editing skills preferred
Coordinating with editors for LMS module creation and final content execution
Supporting teacher training, curriculum design, and educational content development
Assisting in social media and creative content creation for the brand
Creative mindset and strong communication skills are essential
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
