📌 Job Description: Preschool Teacher

Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: Eurokids Preschool Balaganj
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

⭐ Role Summary

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for young children.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

• Ensure a warm, nurturing, and safe classroom atmosphere.

• Teach foundational concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and social skills.

• Guide children in developing fine and gross motor skills through play-based learning.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and classroom organization.

• Conduct circle time, rhymes, storytelling, art & craft, and indoor/outdoor activities.

• Observe and document each child’s progress.

• Communicate with parents about daily updates, achievements, and concerns.

• Assist in school events, celebrations, and activities.

• Follow all preschool safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.

📘 Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / NTT / ECCE / Montessori Trained (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience in a preschool is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a love for working with children.
