Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at Makoons Play School. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and be enthusiastic about nurturing young minds. The teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and providing a safe, supportive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

• Teach basic concepts such as numbers, alphabets, colors, shapes, and phonics.

• Encourage interactive and play-based learning.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly.

• Provide constructive feedback to parents regarding their child’s development.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.

• Support children in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.

• Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Pre-Primary Teacher Training) or Graduation.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant qualifications can apply).

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

• Basic knowledge of child psychology and activity-based learning methods.
