Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the academic functioning of the Foundation Stage.
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, lesson plans, and age-appropriate teaching practices.
Guide, mentor, and monitor Foundation Stage teachers through regular observations and feedback.
Monitor students’ academic, developmental, and behavioural progress.
Coordinate assessments, academic records, activities, and learning resources.
Facilitate effective parent communication and address academic concerns.
Organize teacher meetings, training, events, and Foundation Stage activities.
Ensure compliance with school academic policies and standards.
Coordinate with the School Head and management for smooth academic operations.
