The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating children aged 2–5 years. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and play-based learning experiences
Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social development
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and developmental milestones
Encourage positive behavior, independence, and social interaction
Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, needs, and concerns
Maintain classroom materials, learning resources, and hygiene standards
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school events
Ensure child safety and follow school policies and early childhood education guidelines
