Physics Teacher

About the Role

Mahendra Academy is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Physics Faculty to join the academic team. Responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and preparing students for board and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to students preparing for board exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET level preferred).

• Plan and deliver structured lectures as per the curriculum.

• Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers.

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.

• Evaluate student performance through regular tests and assessments.

• Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students.

• Maintain discipline and an engaging classroom environment.

• Ensure timely completion of syllabus.

• Participate in academic planning and institutional activities.

Required Skills

• Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics

• Excellent teaching and communication skills

• Ability to simplify complex numerical and theoretical concepts

• Strong classroom management skills

• Student-focused and result-driven approach

Qualification

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Physics

• B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)

Experience

• 1–3 years of teaching experience in school or coaching institute

• Experience in teaching JEE / NEET / Board-level Physics will be an advantage
