Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Keyboard Teacher to join New Era School, Panchgani. The teacher will be responsible for conducting keyboard classes as per the school's curriculum-based portion and helping students develop their musical knowledge and performance skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyboard classes as per the school curriculum and prescribed portion.

• Teach students Staff Notation and music reading.

• Develop students' keyboard-playing skills and understanding of music theory.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to students' learning levels.

• Prepare students for school events, performances and other musical activities.

• Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback.

• Maintain a positive, disciplined and encouraging classroom environment.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Keyboard/Piano.

• Must be well-versed in Staff Notation.

• Good knowledge of Music Theory.

• Prior experience in school teaching or music education is preferred.

• Good communication and classroom-management skills.

• Passion for teaching and working with students.
