We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Enablement Content Developer Specialist to join the GBS Healthcare team. This will be a remote role responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying high-quality learning solutions that support employee performance, onboarding, process adoption, and business readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong eLearning developer with a solid foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, Bloom’s Taxonomy, visual design, and AI-powered content development. This position reports directly to the Learning Strategy Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning solutions including eLearning modules, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Web-Based Learning (WBL), process documents, job aids, quick reference guides, assessments, and multimedia learning assets. Build end-to-end Storyline 360 and Rise 360 learning experiences from concept through deployment. Develop interactive simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, and knowledge checks. Create AI-enabled learning assets using tools such as Colossyan AI and other emerging content development technologies. Produce and edit instructional videos using related multimedia tools. Create visually engaging graphics, infographics, and learning assets using Canva while following branding standards. Apply instructional design theories, adult learning principles, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and learning design models to create effective learning experiences. Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, functionality, accessibility, and learner engagement. Maintain and update existing learning content to reflect business, system, or process changes. Support curriculum and learning content maintenance within learning management systems. Manage multiple development projects simultaneously while meeting delivery timelines and quality expectations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of professional experience in eLearning Development, Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, or a related field. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design frameworks, and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Required Technical Skills Articulate Storyline 360 Articulate Rise 360 Colossyan AI Canva Camtasia Whatfix Microsoft Office Suite Storyboarding and Prototyping Assessment and knowledge-check development Simulation development and multimedia production Preferred Qualifications Experience developing training for Customer Service or Contact Center environments. Knowledge of Healthcare industry operations and processes. Portfolio demonstrating eLearning, multimedia, simulations, videos, and learning asset development. Relevant certifications in Instructional Design, Articulate 360, eLearning Development, or Learning Experience Design.
