IELTS Trainer

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IELTS Trainers / Assistant Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a good understanding of the IELTS examination, and a passion for helping students achieve their target band scores. Fresh graduates with excellent English proficiency and an interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging IELTS training sessions for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.

• Support students in improving their English language skills and test-taking strategies.

• Conduct speaking practice sessions and provide constructive feedback.

• Evaluate writing tasks and guide students on grammar, vocabulary, coherence, and task achievement.

• Assess students' performance through regular tests, assignments, and mock exams.

• Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and study materials.

• Address student queries and provide individual guidance where required.

• Track student progress and maintain attendance and performance records.

• Assist in conducting mock tests and evaluating results.

• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality training delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.

• Good presentation and classroom communication abilities.

• Basic understanding of the IELTS exam structure and scoring system.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate learners.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Willingness to learn and continuously improve teaching techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any discipline.

• IELTS score of 7.0+ (preferred).

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other English language teaching certification is an added advantage.

• Prior teaching, tutoring, or customer-facing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
