Core Teaching & Instruction
Deliver Lessons: Conduct interactive classroom or online training sessions focused on exam strategies, grammar, vocabulary, and spoken English.
Module Coverage: Train students explicitly on question types and formats for both Academic and General Training tracks.
Lesson Planning: Develop and execute structured, detailed daily lesson plans and teaching materials (PPTs, handouts, exercises).
Assessment & Progress Tracking
Conduct Mock Tests: Administer practice exams, mock speaking interviews, and regular diagnostic tests.
Evaluate & Grade: Timely checking and marking of writing tasks and speaking tests with constructive, personalized feedback.
Monitor Performance: Track individual student learning curves, identify weak areas, and maintain academic progress reports.
Administration & Student Support
Maintain Records: Handle basic administrative duties such as tracking daily attendance and maintaining student registers.
Counsel & Motivate: Guide students on target score requirements for overseas education or migration, and resolve individual learning challenges.
Retain Engagement: Drive initiatives to maintain high student retention and minimize dropouts throughout the coaching period.
