Job Title: Home Tutor (Part-Time / Private Home Tutor)

Location: All over Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Employment Type: Part-Time | Field-Based (In-Person Home Tuition)

Job Overview:

We are seeking committed and subject-proficient Home Tutors to deliver personalized one-on-one academic support to students at their residences. The role requires strong subject knowledge, discipline, and adherence to academic and professional standards set by Studit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one home tuition classes as per assigned schedule

• Teach students from LKG to Class 12 (CBSE / ICSE as applicable)

• Plan lessons in alignment with the school curriculum

• Ensure conceptual clarity and measurable academic improvement

• Conduct periodic assessments, homework checks, and revisions

• Share structured feedback with parents and the academic team

• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and class discipline

• Follow company policies, reporting formats, and attendance protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification-Graduation or Final Year of Graduation

• Age: Minimum 21 years

• Strong command over one or more subjects (Maths, Science, English, Social Science, etc.)

• Good communication and student-handling skills

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred (freshers may apply)

Teaching Schedule:

Preferred teaching hours: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Schedule will be finalized based on tutor availability and student allocation)

Compensation: ₹2,000 – ₹3600/Student per month (Remuneration depends on class, subject, experience, and number of students allotted)

Hiring Process:

• Application Screening – Profile review based on qualification, subject expertise, and location preference

• Subject Evaluation / Interview – Online Interview (mandatory)

• Document Verification – Resume, ID proof, academic certificates, PAN & Bank Details

• Onboarding & Agreement Signing – Completion of educator agreement and policy briefing

• Student Allocation – Classes assigned based on performance, availability, and locality
