Qualification
Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree)
Relevant degree preferred for the subject being taught
Postgraduates and experienced teachers are also welcome
Strong academic background in the relevant subject
Experience
0–2 years
Fresh graduates with good subject knowledge can apply
Previous tutoring/teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Other requirements
Good communication skills
Strong subject knowledge
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable way
Patient and friendly approach toward students
Punctual and reliable
Comfortable teaching both online and at the student's home
Willingness to travel for home tuition assignments
Basic knowledge of online teaching tools such as Google Meet/Zoom
Own smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection for online classes
Professional behavior and good interaction with parents
Ability to prepare lessons, assignments and practice questions
Commitment to the agreed class schedule
Responsibilities
Conduct one-to-one home and online classes
Teach students according to their class, syllabus and learning needs
Prepare lessons and study material
Clear students' doubts and strengthen concepts
Give assignments and practice exercises
Monitor and communicate student progress
Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
Coordinate professionally with parents and the tutoring team
Inform the coordinator in advance about any unavoidable absence
