Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and certified Fitness Trainer to design and lead fitness programs, provide personalized training, and promote healthy lifestyles for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Training: Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrating exercises and providing guidance.
2. Fitness Assessments: Evaluate clients' fitness levels, setting achievable goals and creating customized training plans.
3. Workout Design: Develop and implement engaging, safe, and effective exercise routines.
4. Progress Monitoring: Track clients' progress, adjusting training plans as needed.
5. Safety and Injury Prevention: Ensure safe exercise execution, responding to injuries or concerns.
6. Communication: Provide clear instructions, feedback and motivation.
7. Schedule Management: Manage client schedules, bookings and cancellations.
8. Gym Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
