Job Title: Sports Trainer (Cricket / Pickleball / Yoga).
We are seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and passionate Sports Trainer(Cricket Trainer,Pickeball Trainer, Yoga Trainer) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports training and fitness, with the ability to inspire individuals and groups to achieve their physical and performance goals. This role requires someone who can create a positive, engaging, and disciplined training environment while promoting overall health and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging training sessions in cricket, pickleball, yoga, and general fitness
Develop customized training programs tailored to different age groups, fitness levels, and skill sets
Monitor participant progress and provide regular, constructive feedback for improvement
Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a safe and structured manner, following proper techniques and guidelines
Motivate and encourage participants to build confidence, discipline, and a strong sports mindset
Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment
Assist in organizing sports events, workshops, and fitness activities
Stay updated with the latest training methods, fitness trends, and sports techniques
Requirements:
Certification in sports training, fitness, yoga, or a related field
Proven experience as a coach, trainer, or instructor (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage both group sessions and one-on-one coaching
Deep passion for sports, fitness, and healthy living
Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate participants of all age groups
