We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced PRT English Teacher to join our academic team at a reputed CBSE school in Kalaburagi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, enhancing students' language skills, and delivering the CBSE curriculum effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to primary school students in alignment with CBSE guidelines.

• Develop engaging lesson plans, teaching aids, and interactive activities to improve students' reading, writing, and speaking skills.

• Assess and evaluate students' academic progress through regular tests, assignments, and observations.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive, growth-oriented environment for young learners.

• Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and English literary clubs.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's academic development and behavioural progress during PTMs.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience strictly in a CBSE school as a PRT English teacher.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English) or equivalent, along with a mandatory B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification.

• Skills: • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.

  • Deep subject matter expertise in Primary-level English grammar and literature.

  • Strong familiarity with modern CBSE teaching methodologies and continuous evaluation systems.

• Hiring Preference: Local candidates from Kalaburagi or nearby areas who can easily commute to Kusnur.

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and CBSE teaching track record).
