Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a global NGO that trains 18-years old rural youth with a FREE program so they can have successful careers. We are opening new branches in villages of the below proposed locations:

• Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Tigaon, Palwal, Hodal and Hathin (Haryana)

• Pataudi, Rewari, Kosli, Bawal, Mahendargarh, Narnaul (Haryana)

• Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Hansi (Haryana)

• Dadri, Bulandshahr, Sikandrabad, Dankaur (West UP)

• Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Bagpath, Ghaziabad, Shamli, Saharanpur (West UP)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification is a Graduation (any subject) or 3 Years Diploma after 12th class.

• Full time job: 8 hours per day. Working 6 days a week.

• 11 Holidays in Year

• Leave allowed in year : 12 CL• and 15 PL•

• There will be 3 sessions of 2.5 hours (150 minutes) each day + 30 minutes administrative/operational work. Each session will have a batch of approx. 20-22 students.

• Candidate needs to have a knowledge of English and Computer operation.

• Compulsory training in Lucknow. For going to Lucknow, your train ticket in sleeper coach will be booked from us. During the training period all meals and basic lodging will be provided completely free of cost at our Lucknow Staff Training Campus.

• A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to you for attending training program. This amount will be deposited in your bank account by Thursday/ Friday of every week for the number of days you attended in the preceding week.

• No leave is allowed during training period except Sunday.

• Appointment letter will be issued only after successful completion of the training program.

• Training visits to Lucknow for few days after every 2-3 months.

Gross Salary: Rs.14,500 per month (Salary after completing 1 cycle (1 Year Program) will be Rs. 16,500)

Bonus Scheme : Rs. 20,000 •

ESI for complete family

You will be eligible for petrol expense if your home is above 5 kms from our branch location.
