Daycare Teacher – Job Responsibilities
Ensure the safety, care, hygiene, and well-being of children throughout the day.
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities.
Assist children with meals, washroom routines, nap time, and personal care.
Maintain a positive, caring, and child-friendly environment in the daycare.
Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, free play, and creative activities.
Monitor children’s behavior, emotional development, and social interaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and activity area.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s daily routine and progress.
Support school events, celebrations, and special activities organized by the management.
Ensure proper attendance and handover of children to authorized guardians only.
Assist in cab pick-up and drop duties for children whenever required by the management.
Ensure children’s safety and discipline during transportation in school cab/van.
Coordinate with support staff and management for smooth daily operations.
Follow all school safety rules, policies, and management instructions strictly.
Any negligence, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior towards children may lead to disciplinary action or termination.
