Job Role Overview

Are you a master at creating creams, serums, and lipsticks? Do you love sharing your knowledge and helping others succeed? We are looking for a passionate Cosmetic Formulation Trainer to teach aspiring beauty entrepreneurs and students the science and art of creating high-quality skincare and color cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Training: Conduct practical and theoretical classes on making skincare (creams, serums, gels, scrubs) and color cosmetics (lipsticks, foundations, etc.).

• Ingredient Education: Teach students about raw materials, active ingredients, emulsifiers, preservatives, and pH balancing.

• Color Theory: Guide students on how to create perfect pigment blends for lipsticks and makeup products.

• Safety & Compliance: Teach proper hygiene, lab safety, and basic stability testing for commercial or handmade cosmetics.

• Doubt Solving: Patiently guide students through their formulation mistakes and help them perfect their recipes.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements)

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a dedicated professional course in Cosmetic Formulation.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in formulating cosmetics OR running a successful cosmetic brand. (Freshers with exceptional formulation skills are welcome!).

• Skills: Deep knowledge of skincare and makeup ingredients, excellent communication, and presentation skills.

• Language: Fluency in Hindi or English.
