Log Vikas is a 10-year-old Training and HR Consulting organization dedicated to developing people for a better tomorrow. We work with corporates, schools, and individuals to deliver impactful learning experiences. Our Training Division is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Corporate Training Coordinator to drive training operations, client engagement, and trainer management across India. Key Responsibilities 1. Training Needs & Client Management: Understand and assess training needs of existing corporate clients, schools, and individual learners. Maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure seamless delivery and repeat business. Identify new business opportunities and support new client acquisition for the training division. 2. Trainer Bench Development: Build and maintain a trainer bench/pool across India for multiple domains (soft skills, behavioural, leadership, technical, schools training, etc.). Conduct trainer shortlisting, onboarding, documentation, and quality checks. 3. Training Coordination & Execution Plan, schedule, and coordinate PAN-India training programs. Manage logistics, communication, participant management, and trainer support. Ensure smooth execution and excellent delivery standards for all programs. 4. Billing & Reporting Coordinate billing activities with clients and finance teams. Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, trainer payments, and client invoices. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. 5. Content & New Module Development Explore new training modules, trends, and learning methodologies. Work with internal teams and trainers to introduce innovative and relevant programs. 6. General Skills Understanding of corporate training, school training, and individual learning programs. Ability to multitask, coordinate effectively, and communicate clearly.Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Post-graduate in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related fields. 1–4 years of experience in training coordination, L&D operations, or HR roles.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Good understanding of corporate training ecosystem. Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and work independently.
