💻 Faculty Required – BCA & IT Department | IPS College Jaipur

IPS College Jaipur is looking for dynamic, passionate and industry-oriented Faculty Members / IT Trainers to join our BCA & IT Department.

We are looking for candidates with strong academic knowledge and practical exposure in Coding, Programming, Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, Python, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing and other emerging IT technologies.

📚 Areas / Subjects

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical lectures and lab sessions.

• Prepare lesson plans, course content and practical assignments.

• Train students in coding, programming and emerging technologies.

• Conduct hands-on projects, case studies and industry-oriented activities.

• Mentor students for academic performance, projects and career development.

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Encourage problem-solving, innovation and collaborative learning.

• Guide students in academic projects, internships and skill development.

• Keep students updated with current IT trends and industry requirements.

🎓 Eligibility

Qualification: Post Graduate in Computer Science / IT / MCA / M.Tech / MSc (Computer Science/IT) or relevant qualification.

Experience: 1–6+ years of relevant teaching/training/industry experience.

Freshers with strong programming skills, excellent technical knowledge and a passion for teaching may also be considered for suitable positions.

💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ per month (In-Hand)

Salary will be commensurate with qualification, experience, technical expertise and performance.
