We are looking for a Branch Sales Officer to join our team at Mindspam Academic Foundation with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic & Operational Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-school and day care.

  • Ensure implementation of the curriculum and learning activities.

  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly environment.

  • Monitor classroom quality and teaching standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all school policies and safety protocols.

  Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

  • Ensure staff discipline and professional development.

  Admissions & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

  • Handle parent enquiries, counselling, and campus tours.

  • Build relationships with parents and ensure high parent satisfaction.

  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

  • Develop partnerships with local communities and organizations.

  Parent Relationship Management

  • Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.

  • Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.

  • Maintain transparent communication with parents.

  Financial & Administrative Management

  • Monitor branch revenue and expenses.

  • Manage fee collections and branch budgets.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of records and documentation.

  • Coordinate with the corporate/head office for reporting and compliance.

  Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to child protection and safety guidelines.

  • Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.

  • Ensure compliance with local education and labour regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & special education are highly desirable.
