Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Biology Tutor to help students understand biological concepts, improve academic performance, and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The tutor will provide personalized instruction based on each student's learning needs and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Teach biology concepts clearly and effectively to students.
Conduct one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions.
Explain topics such as cell biology, genetics, human anatomy and physiology, ecology, evolution, microbiology, and molecular biology.
Assist students with homework, assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
Prepare customized lesson plans, notes, and practice materials.
Assess students' understanding and identify areas for improvement.
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and independent learning.
Stay familiar with relevant school and college curricula and examination patterns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of biology fundamentals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex biological concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an advantage.
