About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Ayurveda Product Trainer to educate and train individuals on Ayurvedic products, their benefits, usage, and wellness applications. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in Ayurveda and holistic health, and the ability to effectively conduct training sessions and awareness programs.

In addition to the fixed salary, attractive incentives will be provided based on the number of candidates trained and training performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct product training sessions for candidates, customers, and associates.

• Create awareness about Ayurvedic products, ingredients, health benefits, and proper usage.

• Explain product features, advantages, and applications in a simple and engaging manner.

• Develop and deliver presentations, seminars, workshops, and group training programs.

• Train candidates on Ayurveda concepts, wellness practices, and product knowledge.

• Motivate and guide trainees to understand and promote Ayurvedic products effectively.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

• Assist in creating training materials, presentations, brochures, and educational content.

• Address trainee queries and provide ongoing product support.

• Stay updated on new Ayurvedic products, industry trends, and wellness practices.

• Coordinate with management to achieve training and awareness targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, herbal products, or healthcare products.

• Strong interpersonal and public speaking abilities.

• Ability to educate and engage groups of people effectively.

• Confidence in conducting online and offline training sessions.

• Good organizational and reporting skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Ayurveda, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields preferred).

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in training, counseling, education, sales training, or Ayurveda-related fields will be an added advantage.
