Position: 1 Full-time, 1 Part-time

Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Academic Delivery ● Deliver engaging lectures for ACCA subjects ● Simplify complex concepts with real-life examples ● Ensure syllabus completion within timelines ● Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes 2. Student Mentoring & Support ● Guide students on study plans, exam strategies, and career paths ● Track student performance and provide personalized feedback ● Motivate students to maintain consistency and discipline 3. Content Development ● Prepare notes, presentations, and practice materials ● Design mock tests, assignments, and evaluation tools ● Update content as per ACCA syllabus changes 4. Assessment & Evaluation ● Conduct regular tests and mock exams ● Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback ● Analyze student performance and suggest improvement plans 5. Academic Administration ● Maintain attendance and performance records ● Coordinate with counselling and admin teams ● Support seminars, webinars, and workshops when required 6. Brand & Engagement Contribution ● Participate in demo lectures, seminars, and student events Required Qualifications ● ACCA Qualified / Pursuing (minimum Applied Skills level cleared) ● Strong subject knowledge in ACCA papers ● Prior teaching experience preferred (1–3 years) Skills Required ● Excellent communication (English + Hindi/Gujarati preferred) ● Strong conceptual clarity and teaching ability ● Student-centric approach with mentoring mindset ● Presentation and content creation skills ● Time management and discipline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Student results and pass percentage ● Student satisfaction and feedback ● Course completion timelines ● Engagement in academic and marketing activities
