Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Job Summary:
A Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience while managing front desk operations. They are responsible for scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

• Check clients in and out efficiently.

• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.

• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.

• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Coordinate with therapists and spa staff regarding appointment schedules.

• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally.

• Monitor inventory of retail products and reception supplies.

• Assist with administrative tasks and daily reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus).

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative is preferred.

• Experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or wellness center is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment booking software.

• Basic cash handling and billing knowledge.
