Spa Manager

Soukhya Unisex Spa is hiring a smart, responsible, and sales-oriented Female Manager to handle daily operations, customer management, inventory control, and supplier coordination. The candidate should be comfortable with computers, record keeping, and communicating in English.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily spa operations efficiently
• Handle customer bookings, walk-ins, and calls
• Maintain proper records of clients, services, and payments
• Operate computer systems for billing and tracking
• Track stock of oils, creams, towels, and other supplies
• Maintain inventory records and avoid stock shortages
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and restocking
• Supervise staff and ensure service quality
• Maintain hygiene, discipline, and smooth workflow
• Drive sales by promoting services, packages, and memberships

Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Must know basic English (spoken & understood)
• Must know how to operate a computer (billing, records, basic Excel preferred)
• Experience in inventory/stock handling preferred
• Sales-oriented mindset with good convincing skills
• Smart, confident, and well-presentable
• Prior experience in spa/salon/hospitality is preferred

Salary & Benefits:
• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day rotational
