Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

• Front Desk Operations:

  • Oversee daily front desk activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

  • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and place orders as needed.

• Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff.

  • Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Administrative Duties:

  • Manage client records and ensure confidentiality.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Collaborate with spa management to develop and implement operational policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in the hospitality or wellness industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in spa management software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or office management is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with spa services and treatments.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
