Position: SPA Therapist

Job Summary
The SPA Therapist is responsible for providing professional spa treatments and wellness therapies to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a variety of spa treatments including massages, body therapies, and wellness treatments as per spa standards.
Ensure all spa rooms, equipment, and products are prepared and maintained according to hygiene and safety standards.
Greet guests warmly, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments or therapies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment for guests.
Ensure proper usage and storage of spa products, oils, and equipment.
Follow all spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
Handle guest queries and provide information about spa services and wellness programs.
Maintain guest records and treatment details where required.
Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Report any maintenance issues or guest feedback to the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy / Beauty Therapy / Wellness Treatments.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness center.
Good knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa therapies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
