We are looking for a professional and well-presented Beauty & Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Spa Space. The candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling experience, and basic knowledge of spa operations.
The role includes handling front desk operations, attending client calls, managing appointments, greeting customers professionally, maintaining client records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the spa.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle client calls and bookings professionally
• Manage appointments and customer records
• Welcome and attend clients politely
• Coordinate with spa staff and therapists
• Maintain hygiene and professional environment
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge required
• Good communication and customer dealing skills
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Fresher & Experienced both can apply
• Candidate should have good personality and communication skills
• Basic English speaking preferred
• Front desk/reception experience will be preferred
