Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and creative Social Media & Website Executive to manage our company’s social media platforms and website, maintain product information, upload product images, and ensure that online product availability is updated regularly.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media handles on a regular basis.

• Create, schedule, and upload posts, product updates, offers, and promotional content on social media.

• Manage and update the company website with the latest product information.

• Collect, maintain, and update product details such as product name, description, price, colour, size, and other relevant information.

• Upload clear and attractive product photos to the website and social media platforms.

• Regularly check online product availability and maintain accurate stock status.

• Update products as “Out of Stock” / unavailable when the stock is sold out.

• Remove or update product listings when products are discontinued or no longer available.

• Coordinate with the sales/store team to collect updated product and stock information.

• Ensure that product images, descriptions, prices, and other website information are accurate.

• Monitor social media comments and messages and respond or coordinate with the concerned team when required.

• Keep social media pages and website content fresh, updated, and engaging.

• Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, festival offers, and other marketing activities.

• Maintain proper records of products uploaded, updated, and sold out.

• Perform other website, social media, and digital marketing-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

• Basic knowledge of website content management and product uploading.

• Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain product details accurately.

• Basic knowledge of photo editing/design tools will be an added advantage.

• Should be organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.

• Previous experience in textiles, retail, e-commerce, social media, or website management will be an advantage.
