Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management Job Description Microsoft Intune Administrator Position Microsoft Intune Administrator Endpoint Management Engineer Experience 38 Years can be adjusted based on requirement Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager The candidate will be responsible for device lifecycle management application deployment security compliance device enrolment troubleshooting and automation across Windows and mobile platforms Key Responsibilities Endpoint Management Administer and manage Microsoft Intune environments Configure and maintain device enrolment for Windows iOS Android and macOS devices Manage device lifecycle including provisioning enrolment retirement and decommissioning Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployments Device Configuration Compliance Create and manage Configuration Profiles Configure and maintain Compliance Policies Implement Conditional Access policies in coordination with security teams Monitor and remediate noncompliant devices Application Deployment Package and deploy Win32 MSI Microsoft Store and LineofBusiness applications Manage application assignments updates and uninstallations Troubleshoot application deployment failures and installation issues Security Endpoint Protection Configure Endpoint Security Policies Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration Implement BitLocker encryption policies Configure Windows Hello for Business Credential Guard and security baselines Monitoring Troubleshooting Monitor Intune health device compliance and deployment status Investigate MDM enrolment issues and sync failures Troubleshoot profile policy application and securityrelated incidents Work with Microsoft support for escalated cases Automation Reporting Develop PowerShell scripts for administration and automation tasks Generate compliance inventory and deployment reports Automate routine operational activities wherever possible Required Skills Technical Skills Microsoft Intune Microsoft Endpoint Manager Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD Windows 1011 Administration Windows Autopilot Conditional Access Compliance Policies Configuration Profiles BitLocker Microsoft Defender for Endpoint PowerShell Scripting Group Policy GPO SCCMMECM Preferred Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate MD102 Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Experience working with global support teams Ability to handle escalations and critical incidents Nice to Have Intune Tenant Migration Experience Apple Business Manager ABM Android Enterprise Management Microsoft Defender Suite Windows Update for Business WUfB Comanagement with SCCMMECM
