We are looking for an experienced and professional Security Manager — not a Security Guard — who can independently manage security operations and a team of guards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment.
Monitor CCTV surveillance and overall security operations.
Handle security incidents, emergencies, and investigations.
Prepare and deliver security-related presentations and reports.
Maintain security SOPs, records, and daily reporting.
Train, guide, and discipline security guards.
Coordinate with management and ensure a safe and secure workplace.
Conduct regular security audits and identify potential risks.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Security Manager / Security Supervisor / Security Operations Manager.
Strong knowledge of surveillance and CCTV monitoring.
Excellent team-handling and leadership skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Pleasant and professional personality.
Ability to prepare and present reports/presentations confidently.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must be capable of independently managing security operations.
