Salary: CTC ₹27,000 per month
Shift: 12 Hours
Working Days: 30 Days / Month

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor for Iriah Platinum, Vaidpura, Greater Noida West Sector 10. The candidate must have strong experience in handling security operations at construction sites and residential societies, along with good client-handling skills for coordination with the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations.

• Deploy and monitor security guards efficiently.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and duty rosters of guards.

• Handle entry/exit management of labor, visitors, staff, and vehicles.

• Ensure safety and security at construction and residential premises.

• Coordinate with the management and sales team for client visits and site security arrangements.

• Handle client interactions professionally and resolve security-related concerns.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance and incident reporting.

• Conduct regular security inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Manage emergency situations and prepare incident reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor.

• Must have experience in:

  • Construction Site Security Management

  • Residential Society Security Operations

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

• Good communication and client-handling ability.

• Ability to coordinate with sales and management teams.

• Basic knowledge of security reporting and documentation.

• Physically fit and disciplined.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates from nearby Greater Noida / Noida areas preferred.

• Ex-servicemen or experienced security professionals will be an advantage.
