Key Responsibilities & Duties
Team Leadership & Management: Assign duties, manage schedules, conduct training, and evaluate the performance of security guards.
Operational Oversight: Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms), perform patrols, and ensure all equipment functions properly

Incident Response & Reporting: Act as an on-site incident commander during emergencies (fire, theft, medical), coordinate with law enforcement, and prepare detailed reports.
