Recruit, interview, and select security guards and supervisors.

Ensure adequate manpower deployment at sites.
Conduct site visits to monitor guard performance, discipline, and punctuality.
Handle absenteeism and arrange replacements promptly.
Conduct induction and refresher training for guards.
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve manpower‑related concerns.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Maintain records of recruitment, deployment, attendance, and attrition.
Submit weekly/monthly reports to management on manpower and operations.
