Manage reception desk and maintain professional front-office discipline
Attend incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to concerned staff
Handle visitor management (verify purpose, inform staff, guide visitors)
Maintain Visitor Register (name/company/mobile/purpose/time in-out)
Ensure access control and prevent unauthorized entry
Receive and record courier/parcel inward & inform concerned person
Dispatch courier and maintain Courier Outward Register with tracking/POD
Handle material inward entry (supplier delivery, challan/invoice verification)
Handle material outward control (dispatch / return / scrap movement)
Ensure material does not move out without Gate Pass / approval
Maintain Material Inward/Outward Registers neatly with signatures
Assist in material shifting, arranging & loading/unloading coordination
Support in packing/dispatch coordination when required
Maintain key management / key register (if applicable)
Maintain daily security handover logbook / shift handover notes
Monitor and report any safety/security incident immediately to management
Ensure office premises are secure during opening/closing hours
Coordinate with delivery boys / drivers / Porter / courier agencies for pickup & delivery
Keep reception & entry area clean, organized, and presentable
