Security Officer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Ex-servicemen from the Indian Army, preferably with experience in junior ranks or operational roles.

• Former Police Constables or personnel from equivalent ranks in the Police Department.

• Candidates with experience in field operations, security, administration, team coordination, discipline, and handling operational responsibilities will be preferred.

• Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and willing to travel or work at different field locations as required.

• Ensure alertness, discipline, and active security monitoring throughout duty hours.

• Maintain proper IN/OUT records of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.

• Track vendor equipment and material entry/exit with proper verification.

• Maintain awareness of on-duty staff locations and movements.

• Manage daily attendance, shifts, and duty allocation of security personnel and drivers.

• Record daily vehicle kilometre readings, movements, and any damages to company vehicles.

• Ensure proper deployment and supervision of security staff.

• Coordinate effectively with Operations, drivers, security personnel, and other departments.

• Maintain accurate daily registers, reports, and security records.

• Immediately report incidents, discrepancies, and operational concerns to the In-Charge.

• Ensure timely updates, proper shift handovers, and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security supervision or operations preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.

• Must be highly active, attentive, punctual, and responsible.

• Good recordkeeping and reporting skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions.
