Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor security guards deployed at different sites.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure proper security coverage.
Ensure guards follow duty timings, uniform standards, and discipline.
Handle client coordination and address security-related concerns.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports.
Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and manpower deployment.
Investigate and report incidents, theft, or security breaches.
Train security guards on safety procedures and company policies.
Ensure proper documentation and logbook maintenance at sites.
