Handle onboarding of new security guards and supervisors.
Maintain required manpower at all sites.
Arrange immediate replacement during manpower shortage.
Conduct regular and surprise site visits.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
Conduct weekly meetings with supervisors and security staff.
Coordinate with clients and resolve issues.
Submit daily/weekly reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum 2–5 years experience in security agency field operations
Preferably Ex-Army / Ex-Police / Experienced Security Supervisor
Good communication skills (Kannada & Hindi mandatory; English preferred)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license compulsory
Ability to handle manpower & client coordination
Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp reporting
