Key Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and induction for newly recruited security guards.
Arrange manpower deployment at client sites as per requirements.
Ensure replacement of guards during absenteeism, leave, or emergencies.
Perform regular site visits to check guard performance and discipline.
Verify attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules at sites.
Ensure guards follow company policies, uniform standards, and security procedures.
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and site issues.
Train guards on site instructions, safety procedures, and emergency response.
Prepare site visit reports and manpower status reports for management.
Handle complaints, incidents, and operational issues at client locations.
