We are seeking a professional and reliable Regional Security Operations Manager to join our team at Omnipotent R Security Services Private Limited. We are looking for an experienced person from private security field. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure full deployment of security guards in clients premises. Regular monitoring of the security guards the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. Weekly training & night checking must happen.

The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full deployment & full invoice.
Daily visits to clients premises to monitor our guards services.
Conduct Weekly training for security, Fire & Safety.
Recruitment, training & deployment of new guards
Ensure zero failure of our security protocols
Billing & payment collection
Weekly surprise night checking
Patrol property to detect irregularities and respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
Detain offenders if necessary and coordinate with law enforcement.
Maintain daily logs of security activities and unusual events.
Operate security systems, such as CCTV and alarm systems.
Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.
Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with experience or Ex-servicemen and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
