We are looking for a SECURITY FIELD OFFICER to join our team at Crystolyte Associates India Private Limited to protect buildings, assets or personnel. You will be responsible to maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.
The Security Field Officer is responsible for supervising security personnel deployed at client locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining discipline, meeting client requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits and inspect all assigned security locations.
Supervise and monitor the performance, attendance, and discipline of security guards.
Ensure all security personnel report for duty in proper uniform with ID cards and required equipment.
Arrange immediate replacement of absent or relieved security guards.
Recruit and mobilize security manpower as per client requirements.
Maintain daily attendance, duty rosters, leave records, and deployment reports.
Conduct induction training and refresher training for newly recruited security guards.
Maintain good relationships with clients and promptly resolve operational issues.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and escalate serious matters to the Operations Manager.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and client instructions.
Verify that all employees have completed documentation for PF, ESIC, bank account, police verification, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor employee discipline, grooming, and professional behavior.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Head Office.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, joining formalities, and employee retention.
Ensure all deployed staff comply with legal and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Intermediate (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations or facility management.
Experience in handling multiple security sites and manpower deployment.
