Area Officer – Security Services

Salary: Fixed 25k + 5k Travel = 30k CTC

Location : Goregaon

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Area Officer to join our growing team.

• Proven experience in the security industry

• Strong ability to recruit and manage quality manpower (Security Guard, Security Supervisor, bouncers, bodyguards)

• Excellent network for quick deployment of trained personnel

• Leadership skills to handle multiple sites and teams

• Ability to maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards

• Arranging and deploying skilled manpower as per client requirements

• Supervising on-ground operations across locations

• Ensuring client satisfaction and service quality

• Managing staff attendance, training, and performance
