Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

• Verify visitor identity, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs.

• Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises, warehouses, and parking areas.

• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities immediately.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials as per company procedures.

• Check vehicle movements and verify gate passes.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.

• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, medical incidents, or security threats.

• Coordinate with emergency services when required.

• Prepare daily security reports and maintain incident records.

• Report damaged property, unsafe conditions, or security concerns to management.

• Support investigations related to security incidents.

• Maintain discipline and professionalism while interacting with employees and visitors.
