Position: Security Guard
Location: Dasna Gurukul
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Dasna Gurukul is seeking a disciplined, vigilant, and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, visitors, and property. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, and maintaining a secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and guard the Gurukul premises during assigned shifts.

• Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.

• Maintain visitor and vehicle registers.

• Conduct regular patrols of the campus and surrounding areas.

• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or incidents immediately.

• Ensure gates and access points remain secure.

• Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and safety procedures.

• Protect school property and prevent unauthorized access.

• Coordinate with management regarding security concerns.

• Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).

• Prior experience as a Security Guard is preferred.

• Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.

• Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• No criminal record.

Working Hours

• As per shift schedule (Day/Night Shift).

• Weekly off as per organizational policy.
