Job Description – SECURITY GUARD Company: Baaz Bikes Position: Operations Associate Location: DELHI Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company Baaz Bikes is an electric mobility company focused on providing sustainable transportation solutions. The company operates electric two-wheelers and supports efficient last-mile delivery operations through technology-driven fleet management. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation. • Monitor vehicle utilization, charging status, and maintenance schedules. • Coordinate with riders/drivers to ensure smooth operations. • Conduct vehicle inspections and report technical issues. • Maintain operational records and update reports. • Support onboarding and training of riders. • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies. • Coordinate with service teams for repairs and preventive maintenance. • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required. • Maintain high standards of customer and rider support. Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. • 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or delivery services. • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in shifts and field-based environments.
