Job Opening: Security Guard / Security Supervisor

We are looking for Security Guards and Security Supervisors to protect buildings, property, and people. The role requires alertness, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. This position offers stable income and good opportunities for career growth.

Salary (In-Hand):

• Security Supervisor: ₹30,000/- per month

• Security Guard: ₹26,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect company property, staff, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

• Stay alert and identify any suspicious activity, crime, or disturbance.

• Take quick and lawful action to protect life and property when required.

• Detain offenders and remove rule violators as per company policy.

• Keep proper notes and reports of unusual incidents.

• Perform regular and random patrolling of the building and premises.

• Monitor and control entry and exit of people and vehicles.

• Watch CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and use security equipment when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 0–5 years

• Basic knowledge of security procedures and public safety

• Good observation skills and attention to detail

• Physically fit and mentally alert

• Willing to work 28 working days per month in shift-based duty
