Job Summary

FARMKING mein Security Guard ki hiring ho rahi hai factory gate control aur premises entry management ke liye. Candidate ka main kaam hoga factory attendance register support karna, workers/employees/customers/visitors/candidates ki entry register maintain karna, aur gate par proper discipline maintain karna.

Candidate ko company site, factory, office, parking area, guard room aur visitor movement areas ki basic awareness honi chahiye, taaki customers, visitors aur candidates ko correct office/department tak guide kiya ja sake.

Key Responsibilities

• Factory attendance register / attendance support record maintain karna, as per HR/Admin/Management instructions.

• Workers, employees, customers, visitors, candidates, vendors aur vehicles ki entry register maintain karna.

• Visitor details record karna, jaise name, mobile number, visit purpose, entry time aur exit time.

• Customers, visitors aur candidates ko correct office, department ya waiting area tak guide karna.

• Factory, office, parking, guard room aur restricted areas ki basic awareness rakhna.

• Gate entry monitor karna aur unauthorized movement ko rokna.

• Visitors, vendors, candidates ya delivery persons ke aane par concerned department ko inform karna.

• Suspicious activity, safety issue, accident, conflict ya unusual movement ko immediately Admin/Management ko report karna.

• Gate area, guard room aur register area ko clean aur organized rakhna.

• Gate discipline, visitor handling aur confidentiality related company instructions follow karna.
  

Required Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8th / 10th pass preferred.

• Fresher to 2+ years security/gate-control experience.

• Basic Hindi read/write karna aana chahiye.

• Register neatly aur accurately maintain karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Candidate alert, disciplined, punctual aur gate duty ke liye physically fit hona chahiye.

• Visitors, employees, workers aur vendors ke saath polite but firm communication honi chahiye.

• Nearby area ke candidates with reliable daily commuting preferred rahenge.
