We are looking for a Security Guard to join our team SK Manpower Solutions to protect buildings, assets or personnel. You will be responsible to maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard people, property, and assets from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

• Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal or suspicious activity.

• Respond quickly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.

• Monitor entry and exit points to control access.

• Operate and monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and security equipment.

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises (indoors and outdoors).

• Identify and report any security breaches, hazards, or irregularities.

• Maintain vigilance during all shifts, including night and off-peak hours.

• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents promptly.

• Call for assistance from law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

• Record all incidents, accidents, and observations in detailed security logs.

• Prepare written reports for management on any security-related events.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2Year Experience. Surveillance skills, attention to detail, and excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures are important for this profile. Candidates must be open to working 7 Working Days during the Rotational shift.
